The key concept of the MV024 house design was to create a microclimate using the form of the structure itself and develop a bioclimatic design within the house as well as in the courtyard. The Architect considered bioclimatic design to be a priority in architecture. Atelier Macri Store / CASE-REAL

This is an interior design plan for Atelier Macri, a specialized concept store for glasses and perfumes, with a gallery space integrated within. The central design feature of the space is the “ko(コ)” character-shaped counter, which unifies the store and consolidates multiple functions such as customer service, eye examinations, product storage, and miscellaneous storage into one central piece of furniture.

During the process of urban development in 2020, Foshan city made quite impressive achievements, especially the population increase ranks fifth all over the country. In order to attract more people to stay, the city has improved and increased the infrastructure construction and many of which can be compared to the developed cities. As one of the most central urban areas in Foshan, Guicheng has also launched a series of urban development plans. To offer a better education environment to the immigrants, the plan shows a focus on the construction of new schools and the improvement of educational facilities. One of the key new projects is the Nanhai Guicheng Jingui High School (tentative name).

Situated on a small plot on the outskirts of Aurangabad city, the Late Vamanrao Pitambare Institute is a building that caters to higher secondary and undergraduate students from the city and neighboring villages. Located adjacent to a highway outside the city, the context is a sparsely built neighborhood, with a few residential and commercial establishments, and many unbuilt plots with wild vegetation and trees. One can enjoy from here, the views of hills and greenery in the distance.
