Origin. Xi’an Gaoxin No.6 High School is located in the east of Huyi District about 8 kilometers, which is a rural ordinary high school with a quiet environment. This school was founded in 1956, then put under the unified management of Gaoxin Educational Bureau in 2018, which is a boarding school with 32 classes and 1,500 students.In 2020, Samsung donated money to Shaanxi Provincial Youth Development Foundation to help build the first campus library of Shaanxi Hope Project in this school. Meanwhile, Shaanxi Provincial Library donated 15,000 high-quality books and set up a free digital resource service station.

The Common Air-rea – Re-envisioning Public Space in the Age of Air Pollution – At the present, Bangkok, and other big cities around the world, are suffering from poor air quality which has affected the livelihood of their inhabitants. Such low quality of air is caused by invisible pollutants, including Particulate Matter (PM) smaller than 2.5 microns. A major contributor to air pollution is the emission from vehicles. Additionally, agricultural burning, forest fires, and industrial processes are also important emitters of airborne particulate matters. Air pollution is the cause of many illnesses such as respiratory and heart diseases, as well as lung cancer, leading to as many as 7 million deaths per year around the world. The air quality problem is an important challenge that must be addressed in order to improve the quality of life of city dwellers.

Book Strolling House / Todot Architects and Partners

The client wanted to build a house for his family, a bookstore and a guesthouse as a spiritual shelter for the urban kids on a scenic site with Pyeongtaek Lake, as the background, filled with Pampas grass. It seemed like the client who used to run a cram school, felt disgusted with the way he was pushing the young people to the battlefield and always thought that he was getting worn out. Consoled and rewarded by reading books with kids, he decided to realize his dream with us to wrap up the competitive urban life, work on more meaningful things and live healthy.

1402 Coffee Shop in Aranya / B.L.U.E. Architecture Studio

Situated on the main road to the coast near the west gate of the Aranya community, the 1402 project is a coffee shop built into an existing red brick architecture with a sloping roof. The architectural concept behind the renovation embraces the juxtaposition of the old and the new. The renovation includes two parts: the interior space and the outdoor seating space.
