The Helsinki Biennial Pavilion, located at the South Harbour of Helsinki, serves as the entry point to the Helsinki Biennial art festival that is held on the nearby Vallisaari island. The ferry to Vallisaari departs from a pier adjoining the pavilion. Accessible all year round, the pavilion provides a public open-air urban living room space where one can pause and enjoy the presence of the sea in the heart of the city.

Collective Housing in Aubervilliers / RMDM Architectes

At the corner of rue des Cités and venelle Neuve, the project is part of a set of 220 housing units and 150 student housing units that we coordinate. It includes 98 collective housing units for accession, distributed around 5 stairwells. The volumetrics are centered around the treatment of the facades on the new alley.

Called Council House Renovation, the project involved a full refurbishment and remodelling of the two-bedroom home in Bermondsey, south London. HTA Design builds “world’s tallest modular housing scheme” in Croydon

Ten Degrees is located at the heart of Croydron

British architecture studio HTA Design has completed a two-tower housing scheme in Croydon, south London, which the studio says is the world’s tallest residential modular building. Named Ten Degrees, the housing scheme is 135 metres tall and comprises 546 rentable homes, an art gallery and a cafe over two towers spanning 38 and 44 storeys.
