Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway (from Wuhan to Shiyan) is 399km long, with 12 stations along the line, connecting Wudang Mountain, Gulongzhong, legendary emperor Shen Nong’s hometown, Yellow Crane Tower and other famous tourism spots. The tourism revenue of this region, so-called the tourism high-speed railway with the most beautiful landscape in Hubei, accounts for 70% of that of Hubei Province. With the opening of the Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway, the distance between Wuhan to Suizhou will be shortened to 50 minutes only. The high-speed railway provides an unprecedented opportunity for the urban development of Suizhou, especially for the tourism. As a destination of tourism spot, the station will also become an important icon to present the local uniqueness.

Yongin Jukjeon House / Simplex Architecture

Yongin Jukjeon House is located on a housing estate in Jukjeon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is located at the entrance to the residential district. The plot, apart from the access route to the south, runs adjacent to roads and pedestrian pathways, and there is a gentle incline from the entrance towards the inner part of the complex. Compared to the other plots the strip of land is relatively narrow, and use of the lower floor is limited as it runs alongside pedestrian thoroughfares and a real estate office.

Higienópolis Apartment / Teresa Mascaro

It is a 90 m2 apartment situated in the São Paulo central area. The apartment is in a typical 1950s  apartment building and it was found in its original condition.
The objective of the Project was to make use of the features so typical for this period: ample spaces, high ceilings, huge window vaults, ipê wood parquette …
Nevertheless, in order to meet new design, in addition to hydraulic and electrical installations some spatial changes were necessary too.
