Revit is a parametric and multidisciplinary design software that can virtually create and insert any building within a BIM process. Revit is not a true modeler, but an aggregator of construction components governed by a series of specific rules. In order to avoid issues within the Revit project, it must be set up carefully. Since each project has different characteristics and requirements, there is no standard procedure when starting a new one. However, becoming familiar with various situations and their necessary steps will greatly help.

Settled into the picturesque hills of the Krasnodar region in the South of Russia not far from Anapa, a new winery under the Cote Rocheuse label is a beautiful, quality-oriented vineyard of 32 hectares was planted from scratch, right on the Black Sea coast. Wine production in Cote Rocheuse is based on the principles of gravitational winemaking which drives the winery architectural plan. The expressive form of the winery is based on a strict functional scheme. The main functions of the building are wine production with a cellar positioned partly above ground, tasting rooms, and a restaurant. 

In recent years, the enormous impact climate change has on the human environment has been the biggest issue of all. As architects, we understand that we need to take action to contribute, even if small, to reduce the impact on the environment through our products.

NT house is located in the early housing project (established around 1960) in Chiang Mai city, which is in the vicinity of Doi Suthep (the most important mountain of Chiang Mai). Not only because of the location wise, but also because the personality of two owners who love peace, nature and privacy can be regarded as significant factors in designing this house. The design was primarily chosen to respond to both project contexts – to create a view that can appreciate nature – and the complete privacy of the house.

This site is located on Kumano Kodo road in Wakayama. The area is listed as a world heritage site and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The partially demolished existing buildings were originally used as an atelier and a house. It is now converted into a hostel.
