House in Airães / Parqur

Located in a small village, the “House in Airães” project was based on two essential moments: a) The programmatic definition adapted to the existing building (a 19th century rural house) and b) The materiality intended for the execution of the program, without detracting from the essence of what existed but rather reinterpreting it. The intervention was delicate, with special sensitivity to the existing memory of the place and its deep relationship with the owners and their intentions towards the future space.

The San Felipe residential complex (Residencial San Felipe), designed and built by a team of architects from the National Housing Board between 1962-1969, is nestled on a 27 hectare lot in the Jesús María District in Lima, Peru. Dubbed as one of the most important infrastructure projects under President Fernando Belaúnde Terry, the housing complex is representative of the modernist ideology of the time that looked to traditional urban concepts to address the country’s contemporary housing needs.

Sited in Liangxiang, the satellite city of Beijing, the BIT Sports Center, completed in July 2019, along with BIT Stadium, frame an entrance to extended BIT campus in the exurb.
