YEPSUN QUALITY Cultural and Creative Store is located in the Pingshan cultural community in Shenzhen, Pingshan Art Museum. The indoor area is about 400 square meters, with a floor height of 5 meters. This store displays and sells a full range of products from the local brand YEPSUN QUALITY, as well as books, coffee and tea, and can contain cultural and social activities. The interior design of this store was completed by ARCity Office,starting in April 2019 and opening in November 2019.

This modern sheet metal-sided two-story wooden house in the remote lush green hills around Ali Mountain in central Taiwan features a quaint 1st-floor combination tea bar & reception area and a 2nd-floor traditional tea ceremony space featuring a Japanese-style raised floor and tea preparation area with sweeping views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The indoor spaces used repurposed wood from the family’s nearby multigenerational house, integrating the family spirit into this modern space.

Kenzo Makino & Associates’ steel roofing factory in Kyoto showcases the company’s diverse products on its eight monitor roofs with various textures. For the relocation and expansion of galvanized steel roofing factory in the harbor of Northern Kyoto, programs such as exhibition space and a factory tour route are incorporated into its production space and a sales office. This new factory’s roofs and walls are made of building materials manufactured or handled by the company, as if it replicated itself on its own. Standing just 500 m away from the coastline, the factory shows its weathering quality over years, like product samples, exposed against salty sea breeze.
