Abruzzo Bodziak Architects (ABA) designed British clothing brand maharishi’s first store outside of London. The flagship store is situated in New York City’s landmarked Tribeca neighborhood, in a loft building on Lispenard Street, running between Broadway and West Broadway.
House in the mountains is the modest, rural home for a 5-person family. It is situated next to Bielsko-Biała, on a longish, sloping site, in Beskid Śląski mountains. It is set in green, hilly scenery with a great view over the mountainous landscape and the nearby valley. The two-story building was integrated into the slope so that only the upper black volume was visible from the driveway. It is crowned with a traditional pitched roof covered with standing seam metal cladding.
This is a three-floors house location in Guangzhou Liwan old town, built around the 1930s. After participated in Dream Home Transformer for three years, this year, designer Thomas Tse and the team, were commissioned by a post-85s generation newly married couple who bought this old house that want to transform as their wedding house. The old house has been defined as an dangerous building officially. Termite decay, easy to be flood, dim inside and have to share windows and wall both three sides with the neighbors. How to handle all those problems and integrate more young elements for this start-up family are the important things for the design team.

Grand Hotel Park Royal Vallarta is an extension project to an existing complex with a new construction area of 14,900m² built on twelve floors and a ground floor.
