It is only a matter of time until algorithms take the wheel. While the first autopilot system for vehicles was developed 3000 years ago by sailors attaching weather vanes to tillers, the last 10 years have seen unprecedented growth in interest and effort towards AV (autonomous vehicles). Today, autonomous vehicle tests are underway in 36 US states, while it is estimated that the technology could replace 90% of vehicles in cities such as Lisbon, Portugal and Austin, Texas.

This mosque on a land area of 16,500 sft belongs to Dhaka South City Corporation situated in Azimpur, Old Dhaka, one of the most densely populated cities in the world. The location of the mosque is in Azimpur area which is on the fringe of historical Lalbagh area established by the Mughals 400 years back. So the inspiration of the new mosque came from Azam Shah Mosque built by the Mughals in the ‘Lalbagh Fort’.

A childcare center is a space for alienated “children” of a “district.” It is the only space for play and care in a community where the children can go after school. Therefore, it deserves more attention from local residents and should offer better quality of services than other facilities in a district. However, currently, the center does not have a close relationship with the community. What is the community child center? Which children from our district go there? And what do they do there? Most of the community members are not aware about the center.

Nowadays, workspace is no longer merely a space for working, but also a place that accommodates people’s career, dream, life, communication, frustration and growth. What kind of workspaces can enable us to have some of the best time of our lives? Byton’s Production Base Office in Nanjing gives an answer. Byton is an all-electric automotive brand, which recently unveiled M-Byte — its first premium smart electric SUV at Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition. Previously, the brand had held a series of small-scale events in several Chinese cities to showcase the digital charm of M-Bite to automobile fans. The event in Nanjing was held in its office building of the production base. inDeco approached the interior design of the new office, which well fits into Byton’s attributes and spirit. This was the second time that Byton entrusted inDeco to conceive its offices, after the Nanjing Headquarters.

The brief from the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) for the new Club Stand at Flemington Racecourse was to create a symbolic building that would not only celebrate the incredibly rich heritage of the club but exemplify the future and change the race day experience forever. The team responded with the resolve to create a strong and memorable building—one which would become an indelible part of Flemington’s future. The intention was to not only reinvent the very nature of the grandstand, but also the types of hospitality venues on offer for members.
