The Concrete House 01 is a 4-storey house with a plot area of 5m x 16m. The site is located in Son Tra near Da Nang beach. Growing tourism in the city has enabled the growth of hospitality high-rises which has led to low-density structures deteriorating faster than regional structures. These changes are creating topographical changes creating imbalanced soil and high salinity levels in air and land. Therefore, a complete concrete solution for the house is considered to cope with the regional climatic conditions.

Revery Architecture has designed a new development of 11 residential towers for the Squamish First Nation in Vancouver, Canada. Working with developer Westbank, the $3-billion project would transform the city’s Kitsilano neighborhood on the reserve lands at Sen̓áḵw. The project will be Canada’s largest development on First Nations land.

The history of Puerto Rico is reflected in its cities. The territory’s architecture has evolved from simple structures made of wood and thatch to monumental modern works. Shaped by both internal and external forces across its varied landscapes, Puerto Rico’s diverse styles represent over 400 years of Spanish rule and over 100 years as an unincorporated territory of the United States. Today, the island’s modern architecture reflects its multicultural background.

The hybrid innovation centre built by HENN for furniture company Brunner in Rheinau has been officially opened. The multifunctional building combines production, assembly, office and catering areas. The modular wooden structure of the hall underlines the project’s stringent requirements when it comes to sustainability, natural aesthetics and recreational quality.

Gharfa is the experiential pavilion installation presented by Studio Studio Studio, the new interdisciplinary lab founded by Edoardo Tresoldi. The installation is part of the temporary creative project “Diriyah Oasis”, designed and curated by Dubai-based studio Designlab Experience, and located in the Saudi Arabia capital of Riyadh.

As the embedded coffee service brand, twoo cuups expects to embed the coffee shop at the conjunction of the main passages of a hotel, in order to connect the lobby, escalators and other business space, which is able to provides the premium coffee services for the customers in the main space and the people nearby.

This building is a one-story villa on a site with a great location overlooking the sea. Living, dining, kitchen, private room, bathroom and study planned on the north side where we can see the sea. Each room has a large opening sash that seamlessly connects the terrace, pool, basin and the sea, and sees beautiful sea views. The south side plans to take in the wind while avoiding direct sunlight by planning a courtyard in the living, dining, and kitchen so that direct sunlight does not enter the building directly.
