The original Municipal Sports Pavilion, located within the Vila-Seca Educational-Sports Campus, was built in 1986 and during all these years had only been done small improvement interventions. Because of the Mediterranean Games 2018 in Tarragona, the possibility of using the building as a space to host the Greco-Roman wrestling makes necessary an internal reform.

Kult / Pool Leber Architekten + Bleckmann Krys Architekten

The kult is a new cultural hub for the town of Vreden and a vibrant focal point on its cultural route. It combines a 1.400 sqm artistic-historical museum with the cultural administration of the district, the local archives, an educational space, a city market, a shopping area and spaces for events and temporary exhibitions.

The Neeson Cripps Academy is a school for secondary education in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, built for the Cambodian Children’s Fund. Located in a neighborhood of extreme poverty adjacent to the site of the former Steung Meanchey garbage dump, the school provides high-quality education to 400 of the city’s most disadvantaged children, aged 13-18, with a robust English-language program, STEAM curriculum, and globally-connected learning.

The Greenhouse Restaurant is built on Luxes’ Island – an urban retreat destination in Chengdu. The island, situating in Chengdu Luxelakes Eco-city, is built with various outdoor sports facilities and entertainment buildings. All these buildings are bespoke-designed to create abundant spatial experience and have become kind of landscape architecture in the Luxes’ Island.

BIBI Residence is a good example of how architecture can powerfully affect human’s being as it can shape and transport someone’s life considerably. This project belongs to a middle-aged woman who lives with her small children and wants to build this house for a new episode of life. As an architectural statement to her past life and the future, the house is big, bold and brave but honest enough to bare her feeling in each architectural aspect, in her own self architecture.
